  • Order Online 24 hours a day • For the Fastest most Accurate processing. Our website is Encrypted so that your information is always safe.

  • Our holiday schedule information: We are closed on all major government holidays. News years Eve and New Years Day Memorial Day Independence Day 4th of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Day and the day after Christmas Eve and Christmas Day All Saturday and Sundays On Holidays, Weekends or Vacations you can still place orders online and they will be processed. However we will ship them on the next business day that we are open.

  • We also try to answer all emails whenever possible. You can still purchase online during our vacations however orders will not ship until the first working day.

  • If you have questions about products, ordering or just want to make contact with a live person please feel free to email us.

  • We want to be very clear that "We DO NOT accept returns" If we do authorize a return we will not pay for shipping back to us or for any new orders and we will only offer an IN-STORE CREDIT for the amount of the product less shipping cost and a 15% re-stocking fee.

  • We will not ship until our bank verifies available bonified funds.

  • Conditions of use • This site is to be used for the purpose of purchasing products online only. 

  • **SAFETY WARNING** • The products on our website are not toys for young children. Purchasing them is at the discretion of an adult that shall assume full responsibility for the safety of any child under the age of 18 that may have access to them. Any adult (18 years or older) purchasing any of our products shall take the responsibility for knowing the age, safety level and ability of any child they either give these products to or allow access to. Many of the products are very tiny and should not be given to children.

  • When purchasing any of our products you take full responsibility for the safe use and care of your product. We can not be responsible once it is purchased and shipped to the customer.

  • To use this website you must be 18 years or older. Once your order is placed you have confirmed that the above age requirements of 18 years are true and met.

  • If you are not sure of a product do not purchase it until you contact us so we can research the contents of it with the producers of the product.

  • We need your current correct daytime phone number and current correct daytime email to contact you in case your products do not fit in one flat rate box or if there is any other problems with your order or shipping. If we can not reach you we will hold up shipment until we can contact you.

  • Return Policy We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS except under expressed permission. DAMAGE from SHIPPING is the responsibility of the shipping carrier, USPS. If you return products for any other reason WITH permission you will receive a STORE CREDIT for the amount of the product less shipping cost and a 15% re-stocking fee.

  • We expect that all returned products are in the same condition as when they were shipped with unopened packaging and packaged and shipped the same as when they were received.

  • If we do authorize a STORE CREDIT it must be used within ONE YEAR or it becomes INVALID. ALL RETURNED PRODUCTS WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT ONLY.

  • We take the pictures of our products ourselves. We are not professional photographers and we do not try to enhance the pictures. We try our best to take them as naturally as possible to show you the product as clear as we can. On our monitor they appear very close to the actual color but all monitors are different and we do not have any control over how they appear on another monitor. You will have to decide for yourself if the color is right for you. We do not accept returns if the color is wrong.

  • All original shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping. Because of our costs involved we will also charge a 15% re-stocking fee for all returned products.

  • If there is a problem with your purchase please contact us immediately. We will only accept problems concerning products up to "10 business days" from our shipping day. If there is a problem with the product, customers will know upon receipt.

  • You are always welcome to report any problem by email: info@athenarocks.com (24 hours a day). After the 10 business days from shipment we assume the product was received with no problems and are no longer responsible.


Events outside Athena Rocks's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Athena Rocks is released from obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Payment

All products remain Athena Rocks's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Athena Rocks.

All transfers conducted through Athena Rocks are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

shipping information

If we receive your order between noon on Tuesday and 5pm on Friday we will ship out on Saturday. Any orders received after 5pm Friday and before noon on Tuesday will ship out on Tuesday.  We have added additional shipping options for people who need to receive items sooner.

Please be very careful with the "ship to" address. Once we receive your order there is time to alert us via info@athenarocks.com to let us know if the address is wrong.

If we ship your order out to the address given and it turns out to be incorrect we will have you repay for shipping so that we can send your order out again after we receive it back from the USPS (this can take several weeks between the post office trying to deliver several times and then them finally returning the order to us.)

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, VAT, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Cookies

Athena Rocks reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Athena Rocks has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Athena Rocks shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
